If the martini is the king of all cocktails, then this gimlet is undoubtedly the Queen, Empress and Matriarch all rolled into one. There is a delicate and fine balance between all of the powerful flavours in this gimlet. Pink Pepper Dry, rhubarb, elderflower cordial, and rosé verjuice marry together to create a light, elegant and fruity little number, with layers of red berries, spice and spring!

Sling the bottle in the freezer 1 hour before serving. Pour into a glass filled with loads of ice, or for extra, fancy pants bonus points, a frozen martini glass. Garnish with the zest of a lemon.

Keep refrigerated, will keep in the fridge for up to 3 months.

Natural separation may occur, shake the bottle before serving.
